Climate/Terroirs: The 100% organic vineyard is located at the foot of the Andes mountain range, at an altitude of 1200 meters. The thermal amplitude of the Tupungato/Mendoza climate gives the grapes superb maturity, while maintaining good acidity. Vinification: Manual harvest from March to early April. Tasting: Color: Ruby red, intense. Nose: Aromas of wild berries, pepper and blackcurrant. On the palate: round, elegant wine with notes of black fruits. Excellent structure and length. Food and wine pairing: This wine will ideally accompany meats, cheeses and pasta in sauce.
