For 100 g of pasta, bring 1 liter of water to a boil in a saucepan, add a pinch of salt, pour the pasta and stir. Cook according to your taste then drain them and accommodate them at your convenience. Cooking time: al dente 12 minutes, maximum 14 minutes.
