Our forest liver pâté is made with French Label Rouge Pork. Its traditional recipe is free of coloring and phosphate. The clean slice is light pink with many mushroom markings. The product is well aerated, the melting texture offers a beautiful balance of animal and vegetable flavors to which the mushrooms add elegance. Our product was awarded the silver medal in 2019 and bronze in 2020 and 2018 at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris.
