Fjord is a natural dairy specialty with a good fresh and mild taste and a creamy, fluid and delicious texture. It is the result of a simple and local recipe, developed in our dairy in Le-Molay-Littry (14) with good whole milk and 100% French cream as well as ferments. Fjord nature is ideal as a dessert or for a delicious snack!
