Pineau d'Aunis, also called Chenin Noir, is the oldest Loire grape variety present in France since Antiquity. Reinvented by Maison Ackerman, this legendary grape variety gave birth to the X Noir vintage. With its intense fruitiness and subtly spicy finish, this Xnoir is the ally of many food and wine pairings. From traditional aperitifs and cocktails to lesser-known pairings such as summer buffets, grills or fruit desserts (clafoutis, strawberry tarts, etc.). Serve chilled between 5 and 6°C.
